Ex6000 power button staying on orange
Hi all
Yesterday I bought the ex6000 netgear WiFi extender. It took a while but I eventually got it to connect and create the 2 additional wifi connections. I managed to connect my tv via Google Chromecast to it and watched it for a couple of minutes. However it then stopped and wouldn’t reconnect. Now when I plug the extender in the power button doesn’t change from orange to green, and I’ve tried the factory reset and nothing happens either. Help!!!

We recommend having the device replaced either via support or the place of purchase if still eligible.
