Have you tried to factory reset the units and do the setup again?
DarrenMYes, I've tried factory reset multiple times.

I've recently seen that the devices appear not to recognize a TiVO when it is connected to them. It took a bit to learn this because when the EX6100 & EX6150v2 connected to the network, when spoofing the MAC Addresses the IP addresses changed to 0.0.0.0. Once I created a static IP for the primary MAC, on the router, I was able to login and see that neither device recognized the wired connected device. However, the connected TiVO still transmits data through both EX6100 & EX6150v2.
It seems like the Amber LED, on the Ethernet port, may be an indicator that the Netgear device does not recognize the connected wired device.
