EX6100 Connected to Extender, but no Internet

After a power failure at home today, EX6100 shows no internet on 2GEXT channel.

 

PC's connect and show a strong signal from EX6100 on 2GEXT channel.

 

We have cycled power several times and brought EX6100 into same room at the source wifi router.

 

Internet works great from the router by not the EX6100 extender.  It just connects with a strong connect and shows connected, no internet.

 

We have done another WPS connection with same results.  Also have powercycled the main wifi source router.

 

Any ideas on what else to try to get internet through our extender?

    Hello murmie, 

     

    You may need to factory reset the extender by pressing down on the small black button with a pin for 10+ seconds. After doing so, connect to the "NETGEAR_EXT" network with a wireless device and browse to www.mywifiext.net. From there you will be prompted credentials for the admin page (default credentials listed below) and will able to follow the setup instructions. 

     

    Username: admin

    Password: password
