Thanks Darren. The thing is it doesn't offer an option to forget as it doesn't save the connection in the first place. I can make it connect with entering the password but it drops it straight away and reverts to the base WiFi connection which is a weaker signal. If I try to pick up the Netgear WiFi connection it again asks for the password as it hasn't saved the connection.
