EX6100 extender stops broadcasting when inactive
After a period of inactivity (overnight) the extender stops broadcasting; the Client Link LED turns off and the extender's signal disappears. It requires a re-boot to start up again. Why does it stop broadcasting?

Are you sure it’s not the client device that is dropping the connection, does it still detect other networks in a scan? Do other client devices have this issue?
This could possibly be related to Power Save Polling;
Extender is not visible to other devices either. It's like it has a powersave feature in it.

What firmware version is the extender running and have you recently updated it? Have you tried factory resetting the extender?
