Ex6100 extender suddenly stopped working

Question

It has been working for over a year. Now the Wi-Fi green light is off and there is no internet access. I powered it down twice. It comes back the same with no internet access. My home router is OK and I have access there. Just the extender doesn't work.

Any suggestions? Get a new one?

Have you tried to factory reset the unit by holding the reset button for 10 seconds then try the setup again.
