ex6100 externder does not recognize new router

My ex6100 extender worked great when I originally bought it.  However, now Time Warner internet is Spectrum and they sent me a new router.  The extender does not recognize the new router unless I connect with ethernet.  When I use WPS, the red arrows don't even come on, it just doesn't even show it exists.  I even did the factory reset, but that didn't work.  Is it still programmed for the old router?  How do I get it programmed for the new router?
