EX6100 range extender cannot set up
I have a EX6100 WiFi Range extender which I cannot get to work. I tried setting it to extender and then pushing the WPS button and then the WPS button on the modem but the green light just keeps bli...
Is this a new purchase?
Did you try the factory reset procedure on page 39 of the manual ( http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/EX6100/EX6100_UM_27Oct2015.pdf )
My sister purchased it about a year ago and I just bought it from her. She could never get it to work correctly so I thought I would try. Yes I did the factory reset several times and it is still not working.
It could be that the extender that she purchased was defective.
Have you tried looking for those networks on another device (phone or tablet)?
