EX6100 reset trouble
I have reset the extender to factory reset to connect to a new WiFi router. When I go into connect to Netgear.ext to setup the selection is not there - only the 2Gext and 5Gext are there and neither of those will connect or bring up the netgear setup page in browser

It might not of fully reset. push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its fully powered on.
If that doesn't work, you could always hardwire into the extender with a pc/laptop for setup.
