Ex6100
I was told that purchasing this unit will boost my signal in other parts of my home. I have seen no change. Do I need another device in my house to receive this booster signal?

You will want to place the EX6100 in the middle of your house half way between the router and the place you will want to get wifi coverage this will extend wifi coverage to the far spots of your home.
