EX6110 Connection Issue
This extender is driving me craxzy. Before I put a hammer to it I thought I'd try the support forum.
I cant tell you how many times I've reset it, updated the firmware, etc. I go through the connection setup, and all goes ok, but ALWAYS eventually it stops having a connection to the internet. The lights remain on but it just wont connect. This sometimes happens shortly after setup, sometimes a few days.
It happened in my old house with different router, I eventually bought a better extender. I now have a second home so thought I'd try again with EX6110 considering its a different house, different router, etc.....exactly the same issues.
Shall I take a hammer to it or can somebody perhaps help me through troubleshooting thats not just off/on, reset, or redo setup?!

Firmware update isn't always the best option.
A couple things to try.
1. Don't install via wps. Use the installation assistant.
2. actualy try downgrading the firmware. after the downgrade, factory reset, then reinstall.
3. try setting a static ip address in your router for the extender.
