EX6110 registration
The model above is actually EX6110/AC1200 WiFi range extender but that does not appear in the drop-down list.
Firstly, I can't register the device in order to use the 90 day support. I've registere...

If it was just purchased, perhaps exchange it.

Did you try doing a factory reset, and boot it up without pressing WPS? Then look for the extender network, and perhaps try setting up the extender using the web interface.

StephenB, Blame Netgear (again) for some **** design - untested, just "looks good" on large displays. A standard captive portal pop-up on Windows Edge (fixed size!) does perfectly hide the "Alrewady have an accout? [Sign in]":
I don't know on how UI designers work that careless - appears they have sometimes no idea what happens under some conditions. Again johngm - on such consumer stuff, here it goes the market trust in Netgear as a vendor.

A discussion with Netgear support determined that my wifi extender was faulty. I now have a replacement & support ran through the installation with me to make sure it went OK this time, it now works perfectly. I have to say that Netgear support were very proactive & helpful in sorting this out.
