EX6110 wifi extender no internet

AC1200  Wifi Range Extender Model EX6110.  My wifi extender is connected to my router successfully.  The netgear home website says the extender is sending and receiving signals for both 2.4G and 5G.  In the past I was able to connect devices and use the internet (starting in Nov 2018).  In the past month devices no longer connect to internet through the extender on either band - all four LEDs are lit green.  No firmware updates are available.  Tried resetting.  Problem still exists.  Any ideas?

    Hello jarkenberg - Please perform a reset the extender and join the NETGEAR_EXT wifi network.  After you connect to it, browse to www.mywifiext.net and follow the setup instructions.
