Question

After a change of router, a factory reset to the 6120 and re-setup the 2.4Gz band is working OK, but the 5Gz is broadcasting but I cannot connect any devices to it that were previously connected. Unable to login to the 6120 after a fware upgrade browser does not support the protocol it is now using. Have tried different browsers no good. Any ideas?

You are absolutely right about the Vodafone router, after spending nearly a hour on chat with them it turns out that you cannot change the 5GHz channels allocated even in Expert mode. Fortunately all my devices seem to work on the 2.4GHz channel.I was hoping to dedicate the 5GHz channel to my Amazon Fire as I did when I had the EE Router. Thanks for your help and advice.

2. what method of setup did you use? WPS, the installation assistant, the app?3. a screensnip of the browser error you get might help
4. are you able to access the extender using the IP address the router assigns it?&nbsp;
5. What channel is the 5ghz using on the router?

Managed to logon to 6120 after clearing browser history5GHz is using router channels 100(p) +104+108+112, router is set to auto5GHz on 6120 is set as:Wireless AP onBroadcast name onWifi protected setup configuredWifi channel autoWifi password same as existing networkAny ideas ?
