EX6150 internet connection issues
I really need to talk to someone about failure to connect our new EX6150 extender to our existing secure home network. We followed instructions both quick start manual & online troubleshooting. Netgear_ext with _2 or _5 fails to show up therefore can get to mywifiext.net. Modem is a Motorola SBG6580. Using MacBook Pro to access internet.

I would try to start over by factory resetting the extender by holding the reset button for 10 seconds they go through the setup again. Also make sure you main wireless security is set to WPA2. And if you still can not get to mywifiext.net try to connect a ethernet directly to the extender and try the setup.
