EX6150/AC1200 WiFi range extender NO INTERNET
No internet connection. I used the extender for months with no issue and now there is no internet connection. I have factory reset multiple times and changed SSID. Please help :)
I figured out how to upgrade the firmware and performed a factory reset. I ran through the setup and exactly the same thing happens. Connects to extender but NO INTERNET connection. I attached a shot to show the firmware update has been completed.

Thank you for the screenshot. Please refer to the following link to ensure your extender is on the latest firmware. After doing so, perform a factory reset and proceed with the steup. Please let us know if your issue persists.

Are you kidding me!
The video to download the new firmware requires I connect to the internet through the extender... which is exactly what I have been trying to do, unsuccessfully, for weeks! I cannot connect to internet so I cnnot obviously download the new firmware which is what you are asking me to do...

Try resetting one more time, and this time don't press the WPS on the EX6150.
You'll see a network called NETGEAR_EXT. Join that network, and then browse to www.mywifiext.net. Then follow the Connect with Web Browser Setup section of the manual (page 11 here: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/EX6150/EX6150_UM_EN.pdf )
