What firmware version are you running currently on your EX6150? Do check for update if any and see if that resolve your issue.

I'm updated the firware with last version (V1.0.0.34_1.0.69) about two weeks ago, but the problem is still there.

Try to reset and reconfigure the extender to see if you still witness the issue.

I tried to reconfigure the extender, but the problem persists. I found this with the wireless connection of a Raspberry PI.
