EX6150v2 factory reset
ok, I have no support since this wasn't unboxed for at least 6 months. Long story.
I just need to hook it into my home wifi network
They say to go to a url that is prompting me for a username&passwd.
No isea. Other page asked securiy questions. No idea.
So pamphlet says to do factory reset. I did that.
Nothing changed about what I see on the url
I do computer stuff all week, don't need to do it at home too.
Can anyone get me going? Quite frustrating ...I can hard cable to the extender as needed. The whole WPS thing in pamphlet didn't seem to work, which is why the above part...

Try hardwiring into it for setup. Makes it go smoother.
There's also a video on the support site that walks you through the smart connection wizard. Did you try watching that?
yeah got it going after 2 hrs of frustration. I won't belabor what I had to do, but more than I should have ....thanks for the reply.
