EX6150V2 IP Conflicts

I have purchased 2 EX6150V2 extenders over the last year.  1 died within the first month.  Both have problems with causing IP address conflicts with other items on the network.  I posted a query on the community thinking that would get the attention of NetGear.  Apparently that was the wrong approach.  I have come to realize that no help was coming that way and now have more time to troubleshoot this issue.  My 90 days support is now past.  In trying to get help beyond that on your site, I find absolutely no way to get hold of anyone.  I have wasted way too much time with your inferior products and trying to find any contact info on your website.  If anyone from Netgear is actually interested in supporting their products, it would be nice if they replied to this. Perhaps someone knows why they have 2 MAC addresses.  Always the second one registers as the culprit when multiple devices get hammered with an IP conflict.  This product is absolutely useless in any kind of stable network.  I have wasted way more time on this than 2 of them are worth.
