EX6150v2 Lost internet
I have had my extender about 13 months and this morning my cell phones did not have internet connection on both bands but my 2 laptops did. After much trial and error, I discovered that if I turned the extender off, I was able to immediately have my usual wifi connection to the internet. I am assuming from this that the extender is doing something to cause the internet connection problem with the cell phones and lap tops. Although when I first discovered this the lap tops did have internet access.
I did a couple of resets and reinstalls but that didn't help. Unfortunately the product is out of warranty.
Any suggestions for troubleshooting would be appreciated. Thank You!

What else is on the network? The EX6150v2 is an extender. It usually sits behind a router, and maybe a modem in front of that.
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads. - plemansGuru - Experienced User
What router are you connecting to?
What method of setup did you use?
WPS or using the installation assistant?

Hello,
Sometimes it happens, but it is working fine. I haven't done anything.

Does this have anything to do with the message from RPF333?
