EX6200 Blinking Netgear Logo, 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz and Device-Extender link light all hard orange
Hi,
I have just recieved my Netgear AC1200 EX6200 (I believe V1) range extender for my home Wifi network. Upon turning on the device I recieve the same issues as laid out in this article:
"I’ve reset the extender & reconnected it, the connection is made but within a minute the 2.4, 5, arrow lights turn orange & the netgear light flashes. Every two minutes all the lights turn green then it goes back to the 2.4, 5, arrows being orange & netgear flashing."

If I attempt a connection to the device, then Windows 10 responseds with "Cannot connect to network" (or something along those lines). If I attempt to connect with ethernet then I can connect but I cannot load up the mywifiext page.
All while doing this I am still getting the same cycle of lights (as laid out above). I am becoming increasingly annoyed with this products and Netgear seem to do little to actually support or care for their customers.
I CANNOT UPDATE THE FIRMWARE THROUGH THE MYWIFIEXT PAGE AS I HAVE NO ACCESS TO THIS. I CANNOT CONNECT TO THE DEVICE BECAUSE IT BOOTS ME OFF INSTANTLY. I CANNOT CONNECT VIA PHONE AS IT DOES THE SAME AS WITH PC. I CANNOT CONNECT VIA ETHERNET AS AGAIN NOTHING WILL LOAD WITH THIS PROCESS.
I have undertaken holding the reset button for: 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, 40 seconds
I have attempt a 30/30/30 combintation to no success.
STILL THE SAME HARD ORANGE LIGHTS WITH A BLINKING NET GEAR LOGO AND THEN THE DEVICE WILL SHUT OFF, REBOOT AND THEN FLASH ALL GREEN LIGHTS AND THEN BACK TO THE SAME ORANGE.
please help me... i fear for my sanity at this point.
