EX6200 FastLane Issues "mywifiext.net’s server DNS address could not be found"

Right after I enter the password of the network and click next, I get a window with a sad face and a message saying "mywifiext.net’s server DNS address could not be found". What could be causing this? After this happens, I no longer have an internet connection, but I can turn the extender off and back on and have my connection back up. I updated to the latest firmware, tried it several times and always get the same results.
