Do you have any old devices that can only do 802.11g?
It's very strange to see a Mac using 802.11g. Can you try enabling 20/40 MHz coexistence on the extender? I have a feeling that it could be causing the extender to not behave well.
The RSSI at 5 GHz is terrible. It's barely above the noise level. Are Wi-Fi channels 100 and higher available in your region? The lower channels generally have low transmit power. At the very least, try to change to a different channel. Channel 60 could be congested.
