ex6200 not resetting
I have an ex6200 and have resently changed routers from my provider and need to setup a new network. I have tried resetting it ( even let my daughters do it hoping they would have better luck ), did the 30-30-30 reset, used the WPS button and searched the net and found nothing that is helpful. Everything I do doesn't solve my problem. The only thing that is lit up on the extender is the "Netgear" logo at the top. When I turn it off and on the top 3 lights light up an amber color and then go out.
I bought this over a year ago and used it for a couple of months and then it sat on the shelf unplugged.

You may have to contact support if the unit is not resetting.
