EX6200V2 as Access Point won't connect 5ghz through ethernet; still shows connected through router
Hi. I searched this before I posted but couldn't find a relevant answer.
I just switched my EX6200 to AP mode on my ethernet.

Hi DeeBeeEff,
The 5GHz connection that you are referring on the screenshot is the extender to device connection. That means that you currently do not have any wireless device/s connected to the 5GHz band of the extender. That should change once you have a device connected to the 5GHz band of the extender.

Welcome to the community!
It is best to factory reset the extender and go through the setup and selecting the Access Point mode. This allows the extender to be properly configured as an access point and not rely on its' wireless connection to the router. Page 48 and 21 of the user manual on this link may help out.

That was it. I connected my iPhone to it just now and it shows connected.
