Ex6400v3

My extender Ex6400v3 is saying that I am connected locally. When I setup the device it was done wirelessly. Can someone assist me with reinstalling my extender?

    I'm not sure what actual issue you're having based off your description. 

    Is it saying, connected, no internet? 
    Or whats actually doing on? 

    Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 
    If so, factory reset the extender  and set it up using the installation assistant.
    To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
