EX7300 no internet

Hi,

Installed the EX7300v2 several times, using both WPS and Network Setup, factory reset between tries.  Connects to my router fine, both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz.  But, when I connect a device to the extended WiFi, there is no internet connectivity.  Using the Netgear app on my phone shows no internet connection.  Reboot after everything was setup didn't work either.  I saw a similar post that mentioned router filters.  I do not have any filters setup. My router is an  Askey Computer Corp DBDC ROUTER RAC2V1K provided by Spectrum.  

 

Any ideas on what else I can try?

    if you look up that router, you're not the only one having issues adding an extender to it. 

    tp-link/netgear all have had issues connection. I haven't seen any solutions to it.
