ex7300 router to extender connect

Question

This extender is working well, but I am wondering what is best configuration to use, what are the pros/cons, of router:extender and extender:client. Use both 2.4 and 5 Ghz for both: Use 2.4 from router and 5 to client; or use 5 from router and then 2.4 to client?

That just all depends on the environment you are using it in you would have to experiment to find what works best for you.
