EX7500 not extending 5ghz band

I'm trying to extend a new network. The home network is served by a Ruckus H510. When running the NetGear Genie the 2.4ghz network is found, but the 5ghz network is not. When I try and manually enter...

Have you tried to lower the channel of the 5ghz network on the router?

    I Guess that issue could be the channel used by EX7500, it is 100 or higher (104, 108...) for 5G and some devices don't see it (like Nvidia SHIELD TV).

    Use a wifi scanner and check channels.
