EX7700 changing Wi-Fi
I have recently changed internet provider and I’m trying to move my EX7700 to the new router.
I have input the new router details in the Wi-Fi setting on the app.
But the app keeps directing me to a page (which I cannot return from) to login with my admin credentials to manage extender settings.
I do not have admin credentials that I can remember.
Which means I cannot get the extender to work on my new router.

Did you set it up using the push button WPS option?
If so, factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant.
To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
