EX7700 slow

Hi
I have installed my ex7700, and have slow wifi in both 5ghz and 2.4
It’s currently less than 2 meters away of my router
Original speed 350Mb+
EX7700 : 40Mb
Why is it slowing down 10x times my network... ?...

    What router are you connecting to? 

    What firmware is on the extender? 

    Did you set it up manually or using wps? 

    What speeds do you get if you hardwire into the extender? (lets us test the backhaul)

      connected to my provider router SFR

      firmware 1.0.0.206

      Manual setup

      i'll do the hardwire test asap
