Ex800 - Setup

Any idea how I contact support? I've spent 2 hours trying to set up my new range entender. I cant log onto mywifiext.net, I cant find the network called NETGEAR_EXT. I try to reset using the reset button as all the lights are white on the front, but I still have the same issue. This should be easy! Help!!
