Need to reset the Default User Name, but I have forgotten it.

 

I bought the AC750 Wi-Fi Extenders (2-Pack) on 15 Dec 15.

 

I recently had My Main Wi-Fi Router password changed on 4 January 17

 

My Old Password (which I also have forgotten) needs to be Reset to the new

Password so I can utilize the Wi-Fi Extender's 2 other Wi-Fi address.

 

Also when I try & upload the Download for the Wi-Fi Extender, when I Press/Click on 

the Link provided to Upload the File to My Extender,

I get this Error Message saying; 

 

This Site Can't Be Reached 

www.MyWifiext,net server DNS address could not be found

The PR2000lNETGEAR Trek -N300 Travel Router and Range Extender is the ONLY & Closest Description 

the NETGEAR AC750 Wi-Fi Reange Extrender 2 Pack (EX3920) i could find from the Drop Down Menu in the 

2nd Rectangular bar beneath EX920 4AM3657XA1F54.

    I can't find a Netgear EX920 anywhere.

     

    If it is a Netgear thing, most kit has a hole in the back where you can put in a straightened paperclip to get you back to factory default settings.

     

    AC750 is a wifi standard, not a Netgear model number.
