extend wifi

i have a router/modem that works wifi excellent in the house. i have an ethernet cable from the router to a granny flat and want to add "something" to make the granny flat wifi. any ideas please

    Any of Netgear's range extenders that can function as a wired Access Point will work (i.e. avoid the WN2500RP).  A Wi-Fi router will also work, but it will be overkill because most of its functions (i.e. firewall, NAT, routing) will be unused.
