What router are you connected to?

The EAX12 is a mesh extender so when setup in default setup, it won't show as separate network. Just one.

And if the lights are green, its connected and working.

If you want to access it, log into your router and look at its attached devices page. The extender should be on there with an IP address. Use that address to log into it.

This is a user-to-user forum, so this doesn't help us.

Can you reach the internet when you are connected to the extender wifi?

AX1600 is a marketing term that is used with several products.  Can you please indicate exactly which product this is? (from the product label)
