Extender EX6150 will not give green light after factory reset

Question

I have recently changed my wireless router from FIOS to Comcast and now I cannot get my &nbsp;extender to connect. &nbsp;I have tried resetting it to factory defaults but the power light never turns green like it's supposed to it just stays orange. &nbsp;I have tried connecting to it via my laptop/ethernet cable but it will not connect. &nbsp;Any suggestions on how to get this to work again????? &nbsp;

Make sure you are holding the reset button for 10+ seconds when doing the reset.

i did that MULTIPLE times. &nbsp;Still will not turn green. &nbsp;It's a brick at this point. &nbsp;Not even a year old either :(
