Extender N300

recently I changed my network provider and and even after resetting factory settings the extender does not recognise the new password.
I have model WN3000RPv3 and the new network is recognised but comes up with incorrect password. I know the password d correct as all other devices connnect. 
Can anyone help please?

 

i cannot get to the setup assistant webpage.

    Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 

    If so, factory reset the extender  and set it up using the installation assistant.

    To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.

      Thanks for the suggestion and taking time to respond.
      I tried this but could not get to the Assistant. I think I will just go and buy a newer version.
