Extender stopped working

Question

I have had an AC1200 Extender for 5 years and has worked well and recnelty jsut stopped working.&nbsp; I Have direct line to the extender.&nbsp; All connections have been check and the extender has all the apropriate lights.&nbsp; But when you try to use the wifi signal it says the device is not connected to the internet..

Hi EdVT, please indicate the exact model of the extender and the firmware version it is on. Also, have you tried resetting it back to factory settings and going through the setup again?

Thanks for the advice.&nbsp; I did have to do a factory reset and start over, but working now.Ed
