Extender works but not with laptop

Question

Hi all,thanks in advance for every answer and for the time your giving to my problem.I have an Wi-Fi Range Extender (model EX6120 AC1200) which seems to work with everything (smartphones, iPad) but my laptop, problem is that is the thing that I need the most.I've tried to repeat the genie setup at least three times (after reset everything to factory status) but nothing has changed.I just realized that through the laptop I can't acess to the router (192.168.1.1) while I can when I'm connected in wi-fi mode but directly with the router itself.&nbsp;I have no idea what to do now...any suggestions?&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks again.&nbsp;

Welcome to the community! Using your laptop, are you able to locate the extender's WiFi network and connect to it? Is your laptop able to connect to to your router's network? I've linked an older post that may help resolve your issue.&nbsp;
