what you can do is you can reset the extender completely for two minutes and power cycle it for another two minutes. Then connect to Netgear_Ext and then you can log into www.mywifiext.net and then try the settings once again. Make sure that your WIFI devices are connected to 2.4GHZ default extender network name...
