Firmware Update for AX1800 WiFi Mesh Extender to version 1.0.2.26 from 1.0.1.20

I got this message from my AX1800 WiFi Mesh Extender:
Then I get the below message after clicking Yes. Any ideas why?
For completeness this is my device:

Photos have to be approved by a moderator and can take several days.
You can click on "choose file" and attach a photo per post (so just post several times). Then we can see it right away.
Also, AX1800 is a speed, not a model. What model extender do you have?
And what router is it connected to?
