forgotten password and cant open mywifiext.net EX3700

So i have a wifi extender EX3700 and i am switching routers but can´t remember my password and i am not connected to the extenders router and therefor cannot open mywifiext.net. Any solutions?

    Yes factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds then the default login will be admin/password.
