Function EX6200 AC1200 as AP wired AND wireless
I recently bought the netgear EX6200 AC1200 extender to use as een AP to create a wireless and wired connection.
My existing modem (from internet company) is installed downstairs and has a weak wifi signal to the other floors. So i want to connect through a CAT6 ethernet cable, thats already installed, from my modem to the EX6200 on the first floor to use it as an acces point that send out a solid wifi signal for my other devices e.g. phone, tablet,... On the other side i see that the EX6200 still has 4 out of 5 LAN ports available (as 1 port is occupied by the CAT6 from modem). Can i connect as wel an ethernet cable from the EX6200 towards my smart-tv? In this case the EX6200 will function as an access point foreseing wifi on the first floor and works as a switch to my smart-tv.. is this possible?
Thanks for your replies and feedback!

Hi yilo,
Yes. You can connect smart TV to 1 of free LAN ports on EX6200 and it'll provide connection just like a switch.
