Genie can't get past create account page

I tried to upgrade the firmware on EX3700 to EX3700_EX3800-V1.0.0.80_1.0.52_beta and did full reset. Now when I enter the extender setup via Genie, it hangs on the create account page. I can enter a username/password and the security questions, but when I click "next" nothing happens.

 

Did I brick this thing by trying to update the firmware?

    I’m having the same issue. Can’t create an account to set up an extender. The “Next” button stays grayed out on netgear genie regardless of browser or devices used. Was this ever solved for anyone else?
