Netgear extenders with external antennas have 2-3 on them. It might be possible to replace the antennas on the larger desktop models yourself, but any damage would undoubtedly void the warranty.
If the shed is getting power from the house circuit box, then I suggest going with powerline networking instead (for instance the PLW1000). You'd connect one module near your router, and connect to that with ethernet. The WiFi module would plug into a socket in the shed, and would provide wifi there.
