That the iPhone works suggests that it may not be the EX6110 that is the issue. Windows PCs, if that is what you have, can also make life difficult.

What happens when you try to connect to the EX6110?

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.

You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

WiFi Range Extenders & Nighthawk Mesh - NETGEAR Communities

You might like to search there for messages related to your problem.

In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

    Check for various troubleshooting tips.

You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

What router are you connecting it to?

Did you set it up using the push button WPS option?

If so, factory reset the extender  and set it up using the installation assistant.

To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.

Here's a video of how to use the assistant.

Probably not an extender-thing. Once the extender is associated to a wireless access point or wireless router, and the mobile device does connect and associate, you are on the good path. What might be different for the PC with it's wireless adapter is that the additional connection established might require an additional MAC authentication to access the primary wireless network, just as when adding additional wireless clients.
