HELP !!!! EX2700 connection issues
Help anyone out there
I have x2 EX2700 range extenders and neither will allow me to connect to the internet via them.
I have factory reset them and gone through the re-set up process they both connect to my router and allow themselves to be re-named, however once that is done and I then try to connect any device to them I get a message saying that they have no internet connection.
We have had the power out a couple of times recently would this have caused it ?? Im at my wits end with this !!! Any help would be much appreciated.
I am running a 2020 MacBook pro using iOS Catalina

Did you set them up using the wps method of install or using the installation wizard?
I'd highly recommend setting them up via the wizard.
What firmware are you running?
What router are they connecting to?
I'd highly recommend using these extenders in a star configuration and not a daisy chain or they'll be extremely slow.
star: extender<--------router------->extender
daisy chain: router-------->extender------->extender.
Ive been using them in the star config the are connected to a Virgin super hub 3, not sure on firm ware as I cannot connect to them, used the wizard to set them up after doing a hard re-set (factory re-set) on them. Went through the process of setting them up then the wizard shut down and they appeared in my network when I checked, you can connect to them but then no acess to the net !!
