I can't see the HDD on my TV but the TV does see the extender

- storm_2003Novice1. Access the management page of the EX6200 through mywifiext.net.
2. Click on USB Storage -> Media Server
3. Make sure "Enable Media Server" box is checked. - dmbinbc522AspirantMy TV Model is UN32C6500VF. For some reason I am not able to access a Seagate Backup Plus 3 TB HDD connected to the ex6200's USB port. When I connected a 16 GB USB thumb drive to the ex6200 I was able to see a few video files but not all. I know the TV can read their format by connecting the thumb drive into the TV directly. By connecting the 3 TB HDD directly to the TV, I am not able to access the HDD. The TV doesn't recognize drives larger than 500 MB.
What else can I tell you? - storm_2003NoviceWhen you connect the Seagate Backup Plus 3 TB HDD to the EX6200, is it detected on the extender GUI? Also check if the HDD is accessible on another device like a PC.
