Thanks for your suggestion. For the 5 GHz networks, 802.11n is running on channel 48 on SRXN3205 while 802.11ac is running on channel 157 on R7000. Based on your comment, I further tweaked EX6100 and disabled its WiFi access point functions so it will not have any wireless clients and provide just the wired connection for the media PC only. Transfer speed did improve to 10.2 Mbps max. I am still disappointed that I am not getting at least the same speed using the Trendnet 802.11n USB device.
