How to Ban Mac Address

Hi there, I am using a WNDR3400v2 router with a secure password and everything, and no matter how I change my password or anything I get an unknown (none of my devices) Mac Address with the name MRSJENSON on it...

I was wondering how I can ban this Mac address or IP-

I have both numbers

  • When you say "secure password" are you referring to the login password or the encryption key?

If you have a secure encryption key then whoever MRSJENSON is, then either someone gave her your encryption key or it's not as secure as you think.

See if the router has MAC access control and use that - be warned however that MAC access control is very easy to bypass - the encryption (WPA2) is what will keeo intruders off your network.
  • make sure your router's password is not DEFAULT and unique password

if you are using other than WPA2, likely that your getting hacked as well.
